TERRIBLE customer service. Called for an emergency appointment. Was initially placed on hold for 10 minutes; then made an appointment and gave the assistant all of my info except my insurance ID number, which I had left in my husband's car. Told her I would call her back with the number, and when I called back, they had already given my appointment away to someone else.
