They could call patients when their office is closed so they know not to drive out there. Putting it on their website is not good enough. They could have a spot on their website so you can send a complaint. I am fed up with them and wish I could be compensated for driving all the way out there for nothing. They've had a week to contact their patients. Plus it shows they care about you which obviously they don't. Doubt they'll even call to reschedule my appointment. Just fed up with them.

This place is pathetic. I love Dr. Konrad, been using him for years and followed him from his old office to this one, and it's an absolute joke. My first experience, I was put with what seemed to be inexperienced assistants. They didn't do a good job cleaning, left globs of polish on my teeth, etc. So I schedule my appointment 6 months in advance for 11am. Get there at 10:42 and they say "oh, we tried to call. We moved your appointment to 10:30 because someone called out. We have someone filling in and their patient is sched... read more

I just moved to the area and have had bad experiences with dentists in the past, so I did thorough reviews before selecting a dentist. As the other reviews say, the service here is great! The office is clean and staff is friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait long before they put me in a treatment room. The hygienist who did my deep cleaning and x-rays was knowledgeable, caring, and empathetic to my needs. I'm so glad I chose them!
I just went for a teeth cleaning at AFD in Collierville & dental hygienist Haas Daghash is the first male hygienist I have ever had & I must say one of the best. Dr. Belisle is also a very gentle & attentive dentist & is very personable. I would highly recommend AFD Collierville!, Jim Mann
