Just switched my twelve year old from a kids dentistry and they were amazing. Beautiful office with friendly staff. Made my son feel welcome and explained everything in a way that he understood.

Honestly, I was a little apprehensive going in for my last appointment because I had to be numbed.😳 Apprehension unnecessary! Dr. Story gave the shot with minimal discomfort and I was out the door in no time! All the staff are so friendly and competent. They all inspire confidence that they will take good care of me 😊
I love the staff and customer service at the Washington street location. I moved across town and am just one block from another Family First location and I choose to drive all the way across town to receive care with this team. Highly friendly, great bedside manner, quick and efficient.
I have been with Family First for years but today 5/30/19, not only did I have an unfamiliar hygienist but was seeing a new dentist. Pat, my hygienist was pleasant and did his best to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Almond was great as well. I had some questions of which he answered and gave me options. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
