Call patients back with their test results before the office closes especially when testing for COVID and especially being positive. Which I was told ny results were on the doctors desk and I would get a call back and didn't. I had to call the lab myself. Unacceptable

My not having to wait for over an hour to be seen! For some unknown reason others were seen ahead of me? I was there for a simple nasal swab.
