Awful. Just awful. Didn't care and stole my cup. Doctor was awful. Won't return.
I have visited the Vestavia American Family Care office several times. The staff has always been professional and courteous. The docs have always taken the time to explain things and answer any questions I may have. I've never felt rushed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing health care.
I took my 94 year old mother to the Vestavia AFC when her internist's couldn't see her on short notice. We were in and out in an hour & had a great experience. Someone from the facility even called back to check on mom the following day. Something that none of her other doctors ever do! Good experience.
I saw Dr. Fiest. She was caring and compassionate. She truely cares about getting to the root of my issues instead of tossing medicine at it. !!!
