The front desk representative they have had absolutely NO CLUE what she is doing when it comes to insurance! I was denied service with a valid insurance card that clearly had co pay for urgent care written on front of insurance card. So I hope it was worth losing the business by having a worker will no clue as to what she’s doing.
Terrible service. Waste of time and money. We went over the weekend - the doctor was inept, spent little time with us, did not address our concerns, and told us to go to our regular doctor when they open.

I always receive excellent care . I love the women drs. . It’s never crowded & I can see the dr. On duty within 5 or 6 min. I’m seen quick & my meds. Are called in a heartbeat . When I get to pharmacy they are already ready . I will always recommend AFC ~. Mevlyn Skelton
Nurse practitioners on duty. Could not write script. Told her my problem. Didn’t even check me out. But wanted to refer me to a real doctor. Cost me 35 dollar co-pay to get my vitals done.
I received the best care / service today! Two of the nurses I’ve never had !!!!
It was care but that’s about it,they seemed to be short staffed,we were approximately the 8th person there,they let 2 go before me because she had not put info. Computer yet,after 2 1/2 hours I got a shot from a radiologist tech. No joke that’s what her badge said ,I didn’t know they could do that.....smart butt dr. Also.
Poor service here. I visited for a simple heath screening for my insurance company. All that was requested was my height, weight, blood pressure and lab work. They couldn't even get that right. I called for my results a week later and was told that there has been a mix up... Seriously? Do not use this place.
