RecommendedAbsolutely amazing care I received today at the South College location. The wait was long, however that is to be expected due to the pandemic. Covid and Flu came back negative however she was still worried about me so she did a CBC. Grateful she took the extra step instead of letting me go. Very very clean, nice and friendly staff, and great covid precautions.

Seriously the best urgent care experience ever! The moment you walk in you would never know it’s in the middle of a pandemic! Everyone was so calm and kind! From checking in at the front desk they were more than accommodating with my husband and I since we were trading out (kids in the car). The intake MA was sweet and quick and the lab MA was great and took my swab and blood without any problems! I was kept up to date and just had to wait on the doc to get my results! This place goes beyond your typical urgent care experience. The nurses were so sweet and accommodating to my son. The fact that they called me TWICE the next day to check on him sealed the deal with me using them again!
Amazing staff, nice and respectful and very fast. Doctor took time to listen and nurses were excellent. Highly Recommend!!!!!
Dr. Willis took great care of me. I did end up having to go back because my symptoms got worse and I ended up seeing the nurse practitioner. Brittany Harris was one of the most thorough and caring doctors that I think I have ever met. I will be going to AFC from now on.
I was impressed with the nurse practitioner here but the doctor is a bit case!
Went to get checked out for a cough. Three people in the waiting room, and I was told that there would be a two and a half hour wait. That was after waiting about 10 minutes for a receptionist to even get to the front desk and call me over after signing in. Don’t even bother trying to go here. Update: After leaving, I called my primary care doctor at Auburn Family Medicine, on N Dean, and I was seen the next day with less than a five minute wait. That’s who I recommend.
Ms. Harris was so sweet! Made my visit brief and she cared about everything I had to say. Also diagnosed me correctly! Thank you all so much at Family Urgrnt Care!
AFC is great. I really liked my doctor and they do a great job getting you in and out without too much of a wait.
