I just took my daughter in for rapid testing after I was told over the phone that the test without insurance was $150, get there and because she has flu like symptoms the test is now $275!!! Front desk person was very rude and unconcerned. How could the same test cost $125 more than what was quoted over the phone. The waiting room was packed so they are not being cautious having everyone packed on top of each other. Never going there again
Very rude and unhelpful front desk employees. The nurse (I guess? Never got a proper introduction) I saw was grossly unprofessional and not using the most current medical practices. I had to pay to have the same test done by another company properly. There was an exaggerated long wait time on test results that I had to call myself to find out. I was very disappointed. It was a waste of my time and money. I will never be back and will encourage others to do the same.
RecommendedMy experience was wonderful. The front desk lady Erica she helped me from the time I walked in the door and continued to check on me throughout my visit. Dr. Kouns is an great doctor and the clinic manager is awesome as well. I will definitely be going back to the saraland location....
I have sensitivity to many meds, they are always tentative to this, and knowing I am being heard, for me, this means alot
This was the worst experience EVER at this place. Would have been different if they had been busy but there was literally one other person there when we got there. Waited 45 minutes to see a dr. Left without seeing anyone. NOT professional at all -discussing other people’s business very loudly -we know all about stuff we should t even know about. Daphne office is great - this one - not so much. Won’t ever be back.
The doctor misdiagnosed my son and prescribed him oral steroids when he didn’t need it at all. Coonn is quack. They don’t know what they’re doing here honestly! I’m so disappointed and pissed
Haven’t been in a while. But, when we did go a yr ago my husband had a motorcycle accident and Dr prayed over him! Never had anyone do this before! Staff happened to be very nice too!
I have always had a good experience with the staff here. I have never been forgotten about as I have in two other medical establishments, in fact I was here yesterday evening and after a period of time one of the staff members checked in to see if I was okay. I really want to say how much I appreciate Dr. Casey Cockrum though. I have been her patient at least three times and she always greets you with genuine care and concern. She also always has had a smile and an appropriate sense of humor. Her bedside manner is excellent.... read more
I really wish the pediatrician had been open today, but they weren’t, so we came to this facility. The doctor did a very poor assessment. I brought my 12 month old in for a severe wet cough, raspy voice, runny nose and possible stridor. He didn’t even listen to her chest, in fact, he didn’t even have a stethoscope on. He vaguely glanced up her nose. Didn’t look in her ears or examine her throat. His assessment consisted of him looking up her nose!! Said I’ll write for antibiotics and she’ll be good as new tomorrow. What kind... read more
