AFC (American Family Care) in Roswell, you are Morons!! I went in there two weeks ago to have x-rays on my foot, to see if it was still broken. Stupid doctor says “I don’t see it“! That is not the answer I was looking for from a DOCTOR! Is it broken, yes or no, would make me feel better. Today I get a letter in the mail from AFC, saying they’ve tried to contact me but were unsuccessful. No voicemails, nothing. I call them back and find out that the bone is still broken!! We always have a good experience here. Staff very nice. They don’t just give you a Rx every time like another urgent care in town does. They actually try to figure out what’s wrong.
I went to AMC to get my knee X-rayed in Sandy Springs on 7/27/2018 my 57 birthday and was told nobody was there to take an X-ray but I could go to their other location in Roswell. I didn’t really want to drive all the way over there but I chose too. I was helped immediately and had an X-ray was taken and the results were explained! I love this office and it's staff. I had a bad experience with the front desk today, but after hearing it was a new person I will give them a break and just trust that she will receive more training. Thank you, Destiny, for your help with this matter!!
