We have had a good experience with the doctors at this office, but we will not be going back to it or any other American Family Care practice. Their corporate billing office has been a nightmare. They will not return my calls even though I am trying to get a bill settled. I send my HSA card number to them, and they do not process the payment. Meanwhile, they have sent my bill to collections when I am trying to pay it! I have called this office in the hopes that their manager can get me through to the corporate office.
I overall enjoyed the pleasant staff everyone was very attentive to my needs Doctor Dennis was amazing with the diagnosis and little wait time ���
The front desk associate was welcoming. However didn't seem to know all that she needed to know in order to handle intake responsibilities. I waited 30mins to be taken to the patient room. Waited there another 30 minutes for the Doctor to come. He never introduced himself, and said very little during our 5min check up.

Clean and welcoming to the patients. This website needs work though..maybe more will be added soon..a little disheartening to see all of these insurance companies being the only other suggested pages for people to view.
