I waited four and a half hours to get an X-ray. While the staff were courteous and eventually did treat me, there was no expectation of time given, and I had to cancel other commitments due to this
I would like to state beforehand that I have never had an issue in the two previous times I have been to this location. I understand it is a holiday weekend & that the building was short staffed when it came to doctors. However, I arrived at 1:20pm & was told it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. I accepted that & sat down. RecommendedLOVE The Grove AFC! They did a great job helping me with a badly infected finger. I don’t have a regular physician, and until this visit I had not seen a doctor in years. I didn’t really know where to go, but chose this location. So glad I did. ALL STAFF was kind, caring, and supportive, and Gina Cobb was especially awesome with her follow up…so caring and helpful. I typically don’t come there because it’s been horrible in the past! I usually go to Hoover Urgent Care but it’s impossible to get in there now.I had taken care of a child with the flu and been around others with flu in the past week.
