Worst front desk experience ever. Here I am looking like crap and unable tsk carry my daughter because I feel like I’m going to pass out and their front desk is insisting I pay a bill, which I’ve never received AND stating it’s impossible that I’ve met my OOP Max bc they list a balance. They were completely unwilling to call BCBS to discuss and resolve the issue. HORRIBLE customer service for a doctors office. Friendly staff and an excellent doctor. Will recommend this place to others who may need to be seen very helpful in answering questions and taking care of all my needs
Dr Mark Smith is wonderful with his fantastic bedside manner & being very thorough. The staff is very friendly, concerned, attentive. The office & exam rooms are spotlessly clean. YES, I would refer anyone that needs medical attention.
Get care. I Love this place for urgent care. I got in faster than going to my doctors office
Good service... The first time we came- in and out. Second time... we were here a long time- over 2 hours and it wasnt very busy... I was not thrilled.... I thought we should have def been seen quicker given what we saw going on so 4 stars
The doctor was extremely nice and helpful and took time to answer any questions we had. The staff was helpful as well. We would definitely return should the need arise.
