I requested testing strictly for informational purposes and felt like I was being judged simply because I’m expecting. Multiple staff members kept asking why I wouldn’t just get it done through my OB-GYN, even after I explained several times that my upcoming appointment wouldn't include the specific tests I needed. Worst service we have ever had brought my daughter in for an allergic reaction they seemed to not care. All the staff is hehhe haha it up in the hall way and we waited over a hour before I finally walked out. Will NEVER be at this location again. A JOKE IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.
I needed to get a recommendation, using AFC instead of waiting a month or more to be a new patient at a different PCP saved me a lot of time.
False advertisement do not even have x-ray machine to perform basic routine and care did not provide us. Any healthcare just recommended that we go to another facility for care but kept our money. It would not give us a refund. We got no service but they took our money. I consider this a rip off in thieves.
Was extremely disappointed with the care I received. Tried explaining my symptoms to everyone here but no one would listen to me. Just tested me for flu, strep, and covid. When those came back negative they just sent me on my way with over the counter medications. They didn’t even care that I have asthma and that my sickness was severely affecting my breathing.
