Everyone is kind and sweet at this location but the lady at the front desk said the provider doesn't take Medicaid, I'd be grateful you they did start taking it please.
I had an appointment at 9:20 I arrived on time. They gave me the wrong swab said the cma so I had to wait longer after being given the right swab. It was there for over three hours and had to leave. I checked with the front desk before leaving and she said it was ok. Now they are refusing to call in some medication that I desperately need. I explained to them that the front desk said it would be ok for me to leave. I called and ask to speak with the supervisor to complain about how poorly I was treated.
