Everyone is kind and sweet at this location but the lady at the front desk said the provider doesn't take Medicaid, I'd be grateful you they did start taking it please.
I had an appointment at 9:20 I arrived on time. They gave me the wrong swab said the cma so I had to wait longer after being given the right swab. It was there for over three hours and had to leave. I checked with the front desk before leaving and she said it was ok. Now they are refusing to call in some medication that I desperately need. I explained to them that the front desk said it would be ok for me to leave. I called and ask to speak with the supervisor to complain about how poorly I was treated. The best experience I have had at an urgent care. I truly felt more at ease with how kind and attentive the staff was. Everyone I encountered made me feel seen and heard and did their best to take care of me however they could. I highly recommend this location on Montlimar as that is where I was seen for my workers comp injury and will be returning for any future needs. Dr. Roy was wonderful! My visit was pleasant and quick! Also, the young lady who did my X-rays was a sweetheart. Thanks for taking care of me. Review #2 I just love this urgent care!
