If have used there service 3 times . I have found that if you go before 5 there staff is very nice and professional. If you go in the evening time they are rude and inconsiderate. I will be continuing to use there service but only in the morning if possible.

Was seen for Covid symptoms April 9, 2020. Was tested for Covid that day. Almost a week went by with no return calls with results. After me calling to get my results they said I was negative. Symptoms remained and went for a return visit. They basically said to ride it out. Did not receive any billing info until September 1, 2020 while I was out of town for two weeks.
