Incorrectly determined elbow was dislocated Facts: Took 3.5 year old daughter in after she fell and hurt her right elbow. X-rays were taken. Dr. reviewed the x-rays and her condition and he "Attempted to reduce elbow dislocation." After having the x-rays reviewed by other doctors, it turns out her elbow was NOT dislocated. For anyone who has had a dislocation "reduced" you are aware of the pain associated with it. I returned to the practice requesting a refund of payment. No refund was offered. Excellent Experience New to the area and... Wow! Front desk lady was as welcoming as could be (a good start) and helped with my insurance. Doctor took care of my needs and treated me like I've known him for years. I'll come here again for sure. Very professional.
Mr Although I live in Ashburn, we have only Inovs as our Urgent Care, I had to go there if I love or hate it. The next closest to us is AFC Urgent Care, in Herndon. I triend them my daughter had a fever. I tried this Center. It is huge and very clean. Staff cery friendly and effecient. Service was Quick The service was quick, the staff was friendly and the Dr was very thorough, and listened to all of my concerns. I recommend them to anyone that needs to be seen fast and by friendly and helpful professionals.
Highly Recommended I would and I have been recommending your urgent care facility to everyone that I know because it is not as expensive as the regular doctors office and you guys are so much more faster!
