The doctor was very courteous The doctor was very courteous with me and kind, seeing as I am a little scared of needles and blood in general. The time frames given over the phone and in person where very accurate, so no surprise there. Way faster than an ER. This was the funnest doctor visit I have ever had, especially considering the circumstances. I know where I am going next time I need medical attention in a speedy and economical manner.
Excellent Our recent visit was really excellent. We were whisked in right away by the staffs to a room and was seen in no period of time by the doctor. The doctor on duty, Dr. Saidro was very accomodating and took her time to listen to our immediate concern and on going concern for my daughter. The facility is very clean and in very neat. They have state of the art equipments. This is a great place to take your family when they need urgent care. The location is very good and has plenty of parking. **** This is the worst facility ever!! I would not refer this office to anyone! The doctor doesn't listen, staff isn't courteous, just doesn't give you insight on the problem. I went in on a Sunday for my right elbow, which caused my entire arm and hand to swell. They took xrays, sent them off and Monday, and I was supposed to get the results back on Tuesday. Mrs Dr. Reynolds is the worst doctor that I have ever seen. She walked in the room without stating her name and was standoffish. As I explained to her what was going on. She just stood in the corner and had a look on her face like she was not listening. She stated that everything that other physician have stated to me were wrong. Needless to say I will not return and I advise all to not go, if you know what's best for you.
Incorrectly determined elbow was dislocated Facts: Took 3.5 year old daughter in after she fell and hurt her right elbow. X-rays were taken. Dr. reviewed the x-rays and her condition and he "Attempted to reduce elbow dislocation." After having the x-rays reviewed by other doctors, it turns out her elbow was NOT dislocated. For anyone who has had a dislocation "reduced" you are aware of the pain associated with it. I returned to the practice requesting a refund of payment. No refund was offered. Poor treatment! I went for a DOT (Dept of Transportation) physical and was treated rudely by the nurse. Then, the Dr. called me fat and would only sign off on my physical for one year. The DOT is supposed to last for two years. My sight was perfect, my blood pressure was well with-in range, my blood sugar was perfect, my hearing was excellent, my range of motion was very good, and no color blindness. Nothing is mentioned by DOT about weight requirements! They just wanted another $50.00 for a physical next year. Shame on the ... read more
