This is a great lab! Customer service was amazing, and I received my results quickly. I also was able to get in for an appointment easily. This was a much better experience than other labs in town.
Billing me for something from last year, didn't even bother contacting Medicaid and claimed they "couldn't verify if I was insured" avoid this company at all costs.
I had blood work done over a year ago, they are just now billing me and still can not tell me what my total bill will be. They are also trying to blame my Insurance, but i can see in my EOB with my insurance that was processed over a one year ago. I would avoid this company if possible.
Very detailed work! Great care goes into making sure labs are done correctly!!
This is one of the best places in Knoxville for lab work, hands down!
