This is my husbands deal. I find the staff to be meh... not super friendly. But my husband orders parts here all the time and sometimes we go pick them up so he can look around. Not really my thing so I can't give you a good review. I do hate the lines tho. I don't think it runs smooth and the employees seem frustrated when you have no clue what to do. Start here, go here and now over here wait... ug.
We came here twice to pick up a part. The system was down the first time. No big deal. We came back and it took them over an hour to get our box out to us. This part was supposed to be ready for pickup 2 days ago.
I expected a waay bigger store well show room but the space they had was well equiped. I got stuff from the shelfs and from the back and the only down fall was the 20 min wait to get what i had ordered but worth the time. Planning another trip out soon
My Husband buys parts from them all the time, they have fast service, our parts are delivered the next day and if you ever have issues with them, their Customer Service Department will fix you up right away. They are AMAZING!
