Well SUMMIT you got me again! Called to get help ordering a complete brake job on an excursion. Spent 500 bucks and now my truck is in pieces. Surprise...surprise the "expert" sent me front and rear pads for a navigator. Weird how he was able to send me everything else excursion but the pads. Now I get to wait until Tuesday because you don't ship on the weekend. Last time this happens. I'll price match at the local oreilly
I ordered my Mishimoto Radiator and Hughes torque converter at 5:47pm and the arrived at 2:15 pm the next day...and I didn't pay for shiping!
Its sad that Summit went from next day delivery to now its 3 days. Will go back to shopping local, same day delivery
I'm very, very, very unhappy!!! I had ordered a steering wheel hub for my boyfriend for Christmas and saw it was on backorder, but expected to deliver 12/30. I figured maybe a little delay due to the holiday, which I understand and thought I'll give it to him as an anniversary present. I have yet to receive a SINGLE email update on the shipping or someone letting me know that now it is set to ship on 1/25/2016. How does shipping change that drastic and you don't let someone know?
