So far I am pretty happy with Summit. Except right now. I went into the store in Reno and bought my son a sweatshirt and it was off the Closeout rack and I understand that are no refunds, but when that sweatshirt falls apart after 5 days there has to be something wrong. I called and talked to a customer service rep and he would send me another sweatshirt if I paid for it but he wouldn't guarantee it would be the same just one off the rack.
