Big fat zero, it's always the same shit with y'all, 15 min showers and my light has been out for 3 hours last time this happened was 30 mins of rain and 9 hours before anything was done. Literally if there was ANY other company available in my area or other areas covered by only y'all, I can guarantee you y'all would go out of business. That's the only reason y'all are up and running, I would much rather pay 5x the going rate from any other company than have y'all.

I have no idea who's in charge of maintenance but who ever it is. Why the hell would you would to start doing maintenance may 30 at 3:00 pm on a damn Friday cutting half of Edinburg residents electricity off right as they get home from work. You have to be a complete idiot to choose that timing knowing damn well that's when most residents use their electricity.
