Would do zero if I could. AEP Texas is bad, bad, bad and we have no other choice to select from. They have no reason to improve.
This company will be sued...for spoiled and decomposing meat and vegetables. Across the street is magic valley with full power on...and here I am...a fool to accept this shut company...they will pay...I promise.
If i could put no stars at all i would. This is got to be the most unprofessional company with a deplorable staff in the custumer service (very rude)out of corpus! I have spent over 2000k and the tech still declines the meter installation. I have done all they ask for 3 times. And still not enough. He neglects to give out his number to be able to ask questions about what he demands and neglects.
