Our experience with American Electric in Alamosa was extremely poor. We paid cash for our items, and when a refund was due, it took over two months to receive the check. This is an unacceptable timeline for returning a customer's money. Furthermore, when we called the store after the expected arrival date to inquire about the significant delay and locate the check, the staff met us with nothing but hostility.
