Thank you for the speedy response. I contacted you on a Friday @ 2:30pm. You responded and had a Technician here by 4pm. My A/C battery was running below capacity. He cleaned the unit and changed the battery explaining the entire process as he did it. Finished up in about an hour and I should have cooler air with a better functioning A/C for these hot summers in Bakersfield. Thanks so much.

I had an air con failure Saturday evening. Wasn't moving any air. I got hold of the folks at American Dream Services, and they jumped on it, even on a holiday weekend. Came out and diagnosed the issue. Needed a new blower motor. They managed to track down replacement unit on Labor Day in 102° temperatures. My thanks to Louie the technician, RJ and the whole team involved in dealing with issue so fast and efficiently! It is very much appreciated!

This company is awesome. They were timely and efficient. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and knowledge. They came out when I was super stressed because Air conditioner went out while I was at work, and when I arrived home that evening, my house was very hot. They came out and diagnosed it. The next day they were able to get parts to fix it and did so quickly. Top notch owner and crew. 10/10 recommend! This guys are awesome!!!!

American Dream Services installed a new unit for my home about 5 years ago. A routine issue arose recently, so i called, and they were out the next morning to fix the issue, no fuss. They also keep great records, they immediately knew for which address I was calling, and I was able to send them a video of the issue so that they could be prepared and everyone could save time.
