RJ at the American Services truly provides a dream service. Even though on a busy schedule, they managed to accommodate my family on a same day service request. They were on time, professional and most importantly honest about the repairs of our AC/heater unit. Problem was identified quickly and the experience including the service call was very honest and fair. I was desperate My house heater was out. I I use this business at my old residence. They were great back then, and they’re even better now. Not only did I get my heater fixed in a timely fashion. I also asked questions which were answered back to me in a way. I understood which will help me in a long run to notice what’s going on before this system goes down. Also, how to prevent it. Very professional and friendly. Great price. They came out two extra times for small repairs at no extra cost. They also cleaned the heating coil at no cost which saved me a decent amount of money. 5 stars for this company and highly recommended.
