Thank you for the speedy response. I contacted you on a Friday @ 2:30pm. You responded and had a Technician here by 4pm. My A/C battery was running below capacity. He cleaned the unit and changed the battery explaining the entire process as he did it. Finished up in about an hour and I should have cooler air with a better functioning A/C for these hot summers in Bakersfield. Thanks so much.
RJ at the American Services truly provides a dream service. Even though on a busy schedule, they managed to accommodate my family on a same day service request. They were on time, professional and most importantly honest about the repairs of our AC/heater unit.
