It’s crazy when the home owner threatens to fight the person renting because they “slammed a door” even though the door has been broken since we moved in and no one has been out to fix it yet (it’s been 9 months). But they fully expect you to pay rent on time 😊 and if you can’t get your yard mowed because your normal person is out of work due to COVID-19 they’ll try to evict you for it (after you pay rent for that month). This lady is mad because I couldn't sell her lakefront house without a lakefront or boat dock and next to a train on top of that by a ghetto neighbor for an overpriced amount. Not my fault ! I couldn't add the lake view the boat dock or remove the train tracks or ghetto neighbor. Sorry those are the facts.
