I had thee best Realtor V. Rodriguez. He assisted me with getting a really dope pad of my own. I honestly cringe at paying three way but time was running out and the option of my new place was a good choice. He's very personable, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I liked that he's tech savvy and patient. He clearly explained information to me and he worked well with the building managers and others to make sure what I needed will happen for me. The best real estate company I've ever worked with! They listen, and they help you find the last remaining affordable apartments in New York. I am grateful for their service, and highly recommend them.
More like american scam, these people are awful they collect a fee and if you don't qualify though luck. They will rent you places with no services, they rented me an apartment full cockroaches and mice, it had no heat. I am pretty sure they knew the conditions of the apartment before renting it since they are always doing business with the landlord. They want you to pay the application in cash so that they cannot get in trouble. Horrible experience, beware!
