Had a broken spring and called ADC as they had installed the doors 17 years ago. Mike and Jeremy came out the next work day and had the part, installed it for less than the estimate, then helped me reprogram my two remotes that were mis-functioning. They also had a replacement part shipped to me that I needed rather than upsell me on a $450 opener. More than satisfied with the service, the techs, and the result! Thanks!
The one star reviews are correct. Horrible customer service. Woman was rude and refused emergency service. Advice to the owners. Winning over customers starts with customer service. Hanging up the phone on a potential customer which operates multiple locations around the service area is a poor judgment call on your end. I don't recommend anyone keep them in business.
Great local business that has helped me more than once in fixing my self inflicted garage door issues. Great business with equally great and highly skilled employees
Poor installation. Even worse follow up. Struggled to get a call back even though they said they would. I have to believe there are better options out there.
I've used American Door of Wausau 3 times over the years: 2009, 2016 and recently in 2018. They answer the phone right away, came out same day and Jeremy did a great job. They are competitively priced and gave a 5% discount for paying on the spot. I have been very satisfied all 3 times I have used them.
