Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much Does this provider have helpful information available online? I didn't notice anything in the way of an odor. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was even though not very close to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Would you recommend this dentist to others? I've been going to American Dental Center for years. The dentist knows what he's doing and I have zero complaints about the dentist. The front staff can be a little slow, but that's because the dentist takes the time he needs to get the job done and doesn't try to rush you out. I'd rather have to wait a few minutes longer and know I'll be well cared for than to have a dentist who rushes in order to be able to keep on a schedule.
