I am terrified ,that’s a understatement.Everyone there put me at ease. Made me at ease,top notch highly recommended.
The Office Manager, Jan, is very rude and refused to allow me to talk to the dentist or ask questions about my dental care. She makes decisions regarding dental care that should be made by the dentist. She commanded the dentist not to answer any questions,..right in front of me. I asked the dentist if he was going to allow her to talk to me that way and he never said a word. She threatened to call the police because I insisted on talking to the dentist.
I have had dentures made here and other work as well. However I will not go back. Had a tooth removed several months ago. The (lady?) who works behind the desk was absolutely the rudest most hateful person I have ever met in a business. I would have walked out except for the fact that I was in so much pain and needed it out.I had no problems there ever until I encountered her. I was going to have new partials made, but not now.
The staff was very nice I mean no one wants to go to the dentist but they make it easier
Poor service! Extreamely long wait times,egotistical people,selfish, staff owns the business so they make the financial decisions for the doctor who is a dentist,staff over books clients,bad book keeping,rude staff,,the technician that makes dentures is okay,Avoid this dentist if at all possible!

One of the Dentists office staff (Jan) has HORRIBLE customer service skills and is VERY CONFRONTATIONAL. I have never been treated with more disrespect in a place of business in my life. From the time you walk in and see the dark tinted sliding windows and rad he sign that states "whatever the reason you are here sign in and take a seat, we know you are here, do not touch the glass".
