One of the Dentists office staff (Jan) has HORRIBLE customer service skills and is VERY CONFRONTATIONAL. I have never been treated with more disrespect in a place of business in my life. From the time you walk in and see the dark tinted sliding windows and rad he sign that states "whatever the reason you are here sign in and take a seat, we know you are here, do not touch the glass". I didn't notice anything in the way of an odor. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was even though not very close to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
