Horribly inefficient. Poor customer service. They have a terrible website that doesn't look like it's been updated since the 90s or 2000s, yet they process background checks and do business online and boast about security and privacy... an old, outdated system doesn't seem very secure to me! They also boasted about getting the fastest, most accurate results and I still had to double check their work.
