Very disorganized system. get more organized!! I have to submit things over and over. I get something approved then I get an email it is not approved. Then I have to stop what I'm doing and call to get it approved. You need MORE organized and much better communication. I work 3 jobs and simply do NOT have the time to constantly go behind you EVERY year with this non-sense! I work 2 jobs that require complio and it is a major hassle EVERY time!

I had almost all my stuff done (1 item pending only) and they incorrectly moved a document over throwing me out of compliance. It's like they want the process to be long and drawn out knowing we can't register for classes til they fix their mess. And calling in doesn't seem to help.
Complio / American DataBank is the worst system I have ever seen. It is no intuitive. You spend hours on the phone figuring out exactly how they want information entered or it doesn’t get approved. I’ve spent endless hours and weeks just trying to get the basic immunizations entered and approved. Even when you call and they give you half of the information which results in more time and work. Horribly inefficient. Poor customer service. They have a terrible website that doesn't look like it's been updated since the 90s or 2000s, yet they process background checks and do business online and boast about security and privacy... an old, outdated system doesn't seem very secure to me! They also boasted about getting the fastest, most accurate results and I still had to double check their work. NOT USER FRIENDLY. SO MUCH TIME WASTED
The website is such an absolute pain to use! It looks like it was designed to be as difficult as possible. Don't even attempt to use it if you are on mobile. They have everything within a small little window so that you can barely see anything because of the borders. Plus, when a pop up opens it will freeze the screen and make you have to refresh the page.
