The worst company I have ever had to deal with. I was forced to use this company for school. They store they processed my finger prints on April 15th. I never recieved a link. I checked my emails daily. New mail and spam. Never recieved anything. They also sent me two waivers to ign because they couldn't process my fingerprints and had to switch vendors. This is the worst background check company I have ever experienced. It's a nightmare. They are probably woefully understaffed to save money. I have been doing FAA backgrounds as part of my employment and it took less time. FAA screenings are 10X more stringent. At ADB you will submit documentation for shots and they will reject if for some ridiculous reason. Fine. Resubmit the correct documentation and you will find that you go to the back of the line. I am being forced to use this service for school and it is the worst service. It is antique, has the worst customer service. I simply don't have the time to.resend documents 10 times over.
Terrible customer service. Will lie to you and will not really listen to your inquiry. Give passive aggressive attitude. Put you on hold for ten minutes just for a phone number. Straight up, recommend any other company. This one needs to be put out of business.
