These people don't even deserve a 1 star. I uploaded a few documents for school and they never even looked what I had uploaded. Of course my school was after me because they didn't see compliance on a document. It took them more than a month to review my uploaded document. Costumer service wise it's a joke. I spent 50 mins waiting to speak with a specialist. It's so frustrating...

HORRID, antiquated, archaic system with TERRIBLE service & bewilderingly incompetent, nonintuitive, & unknowledgeable staff. This is by FAR the WORST databank system ever developed, & I am frankly stunned that they are still in business given their ineptitude & outdated system & modalities. If I could give it MINUS 10 stars, I would.

I am entering college again to obtain a higher nursing degree. The college uses American Databank to perform the criminal background checks. I used the chat feature on their site to speak with an "expert". Jenna R. was the most unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful customer service representative I have chatted with in years. I have owned my business for 35yrs and they couldn't verify. Wow scam business if ever I have seen! Mixed my father how is dead with my information. They are in Denver Co. , all the company must be all hi and can't do the work. Get someone else if you want reliable service.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. You do not receive an email response unless you send the same email 5 times. You will finally reach a person who says they will get back to you and they never do. I sent fingerprints to them and they were signed for by their employee whom they all knew by name and they claim to have never received them. American Databank/Complio is the absolute WORST clinical compliance system you will ever find or use. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. You will remain on hold for over an hour to speak to a customer service rep in person. Their email responses are not helpful at all. When you are submitting documentation for clinical compliance, they do not spend any time actually looking at the documentation that you've submitted. Poorly run corporation with slow response times and a sense of power over their clients. They throw any of their errors back onto the school and client. Use ANYBODY else!
