The sales rep was always on the case and followed up. A one day job turned into a full 2 days without explanation. I can’t go on the roof to check but it appears they did what was contracted. No trash left behind. I had to direct subcontractor painter to do detailed work properly. Largely the painting was done well. I am quite satisfied. ACC worked well with the insurance company. Kudos for that.
The American Custom Contracting Team delivered on every promise. Company Reps, Yanni & Blasé guided us thru the insurance claim and roof replacement. Roof replacement was 1st rate, looks great! No unresolved issues. Highly recommend them to others!
