Thank you ! Ignorance can be deadly for a businessman. As a developer, I have to be aware of everything from building codes to labor laws. I cannot afford the cost of being ignorant of them. Neither can I afford to be ignorant of new financing methods. My projects would never exist without funding, often from multiple sources. The construction trade took two big hits in 2009, the so-called American Recovery Plan and the sub-prime lending crisis.
