I've been going here for nearly a year now and my formerly-bad lower back (due to spondelo I inherited) really never causes me problems any longer. It used to "go out" on a sporadic basis and I was notably impaired (and in pain) until it (somewhat) "fixed itself"...a process that took longer and longer as I aged. Dr. Mike and his staff are just absolutely the best! I went in feeling like my leg and hip were no longer connected. It was very painful to walk and even sit. I walked out of there feeling much better and no longer had the sensation that my leg was going to come out of my hip socket.
I've been here for 2 appointments and both times were horrible experiences dealing with the front office staff. They ask you to request an appointment on their site, but that feature does not work, twice I have had to call in to resetup an appointment. They also ask you to fill out the new patient paperwork on their website but again, this feature appears to not work and then the front office staff will actually argue and accuse you of not filling out and submitting the paperwork. Dr Kenny Watson is awesome! The entire staff are friendly and efficient. I am currently a patient here and I'm so glad I found them while they were promoting their business at the ATX CrossFit Throwdown. They give excellent advice, they show you how to do the exercises and make sure you understand. They are huge on patient education which I really like. I feel like I'm always "in the know".
