I've had my car 6 months. I was almost home on the day I bought it and a Transmission failure pops up. I called and talked to somebody and kept being told we will call you back. Noone has tried to help and now my Transmission is shot and is gonna cost 6 grand to fix and ACC wants to say we are no longer under warranty even tho we haven't met the 12 months or 12,000 miles yet.
American car center is full of crap! From their customer service to the vehicle. I have had several issues with the vehicle I am currently leasing through this company, from the car not starting, a week after I left the lot, to the late fees that I constantly have to dispute. I regret ever driving off the lot. Customer service reps are ALWAYS rude and unprofessional. It’s been a constant battle with customer service. They NEVER seem to care, what so ever, if any issues you may experience.

They are a RIP off, every month my payment is a different amount and they claim it's because of no insurance and late fees, I have had full coverage insurance through the general since I drove off the lot and I have late fees even when I am not late
