I am currently otp trying to pay my car note now and nobody will pick up. I have been calling all day! They never answer but want to blow my phone up while I’m at work! But so quick to disable people car!
Tanner and Chris are the best customer service representatives. Friendly environment. Chris got his own special gift for picking you the right car and Mrs tanner she is going to make sure you get in the car you want. Great experience!!
These people are very rude! I was out work due Covid and stress that my payment would be a few days late they called me with an attitude and the lady hung up in my face. They don’t care if you dying!!! Please do not get car from this place you will regret it! I’m paying 20,000 for a 2016 Malibu that I just purchased 8 months ago and I had to do repairs 4 times and now there are more repairs needed!!!
