I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on October 26, 2019 and I still haven't received the registration and tag. I contacted the dealership and my local tax commissioner's office and still no results. Finally I ran the VIN and it turns out the number is invalid. I filed a police report with local law enforcement to see if anything else comes up. The vehicle is inoperable due to it's ineligibility to be registered, therefore making it illegal to drive. When I leased the car it took hours we were there till after they closed. I had to have the gear shift fixed that ended up being a recall issue. My kids were in a car wreck and the car was totaled I have been trying since August to get a hold of the account representative who told me the one time I got to speak with her if the car was totaled the vehicle fees would be waived it is now 2 months later and they have put it on my credit report as being over a month late when I have repeatedly told them the car is totaled when th... read more

This is more directed to American financial but I am totally not please with American Car Center as a whole. My Car Broke down about 3 weeks ago, the engine blew in my vehicle while I was driving almost causing me to be in a head on collision with a 18 wheeler when my car broke down I asked the dealership to tow the vehicle it took them a week to tow the vehicle from the place where it broke down to the dealership, the day the vehicle was towed it was towed to another dealership besides the one where I purchased the car. I have never dealt with a team of people who don't talk to one another and have cubicles. My account rep is the worse. When I ask to speak with a Manager, my account rep when send me a message. This in indeed the worse experience I have ever had when dealing with a car.
My experience at American Car center 4474 Buford Hwy Chamblee Ga. Terrible service. Got keys for 2 cars, both were bad, one no radio or AC, the other had a dead battery. Trued to look at inventory at another store but a rude salesman refused to help. Mike at the Cassatt location is TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM
