Only giving one because maintenance actually does try and handle the grounds but with people not picking up they are fighting a losing battle. Management does nothing to enforce the rules on those who do not pick it up. I feel sorry the their maintenance team. All they do is walk around and pick up stuff but the manager does nothing to help or ensure people follow rules. Just sad

My father recently applied to rent an apartment through American Capital Realty Group, and the process was highly unprofessional. During his application, their Vice President/Agent Derek Ekas asked questions and made comments that went far beyond standard tenant screening. Never answers phone over complaints. Apartments are managed poorly and run down. Do yourself a favor and run the opposite direction. Dealt with black mold the entire time I lived in the apartments and was dismissed profusely over it until finally they let me out of my lease. Still waiting for returned security deposit a month later

Inside the Apartments is old outdated, cupboards are lacquered over grease and finger prints. Kitchen sink is pealing because the replacement instead of replacing. There is so much, the patio has a bush the is dead and dry gardeners won't touch it. Lastly the mold is everywhere!
