I have got to American canyon vet hospital since it opened. Never had any complaints untill yesterday. After calling in about my senior dog yelping in pain, and the receptionist saying yes your dog needs to be seen after explaining the situation, the best they could do was book an appointment 3 weeks out. Un acceptable! Yes Covoid19 and only one Doctor makes things difficult, but not being able to accommodate an urgent matter is not ok. You not only lost my business, but my trust in you. Shame on you.

We accommodate as many urgent cases as we can without compromising the quality of care, and like you mentioned COVID 19 has definitely brought limitations to our Doctor and staff. We hope that you were able to seek care at the emergency hospital as recommended if you deemed necessary and that your pet is doing well.

Dr Singh and staff are great. They listen and always review treatment plans prior, so there are no surprises. Dr performed surgery years back on our senior dog and she recover beautifully and lived another 4 years. Highly recommended.

wonderful staff and veterinarian. very informative very caring an understanding with Toby. print out of the costs ahead of time before any work is done. a very pleasant and positive atmosphere. I'm very pleased and you all know how picky I am about my Toby's care.
The staff is super friendly and they make the experience super enjoyable for the kids and parents .
