We’ve been bringing our son to Dr. Rochelle since he was 2 years old, and we truly couldn’t ask for a better pediatric dentist. We were patients at this practice for several years. While our children generally enjoyed their visits and the hygienists were consistently kind and patient with them, our overall experience declined over time. As parents, we asked reasonable follow-up questions about our children’s dental care. Like other reviews have mentioned they either don’t want new patients or lack communication skills. I called to schedule appointment and they took my info. They said they’d call back but did not. Why not just setup an appointment right away? Strange customer service
