Like other reviews have mentioned they either don’t want new patients or lack communication skills. I called to schedule appointment and they took my info. They said they’d call back but did not. Why not just setup an appointment right away? Strange customer service

American canyon pediatric dentist definitely deceived me as a parent of a patient. With less than a month of notification they were becoming out of network for my insurance I was charged out of pocket 20x what I was getting charged when they were in network with insurance. When I checked in no one gave me a report I was merely told I would cover the cost and be reimbursed by my insurance provider. They failed to disclose they would be charging premium prices that my insurance would not cover. Beware if you have delta dental.... read more
