It was alright I had a free car wash. I was very disappointed to find out the free car washes don't come with a vacuum and inside cleaning. What is the point of buying this card and doing all this when you're not getting the same service in the end
Not enough workers on site to help with cars . 3 lanes of cars full and I only counted 4 workers. Ridiculous!!
Great prices for car wash and free vacuums although some of them work better than others. Also customer service is lacking. The girls that take your order are very sweet and friendly but one of the guys inside the car wash was miserable and very rude. I didn't have my car lined up just right and he started barking at me and was unprofessional.
Very very very slow service. Never coming here again.
Very poor service! Paid the extra $5 to have them dry and tire dress it. By the time they got to my car it was dry and had water spots on it. So I ended up using one of there towels making sure it was done right. Why do they use they're hands to lean on the car? By the time they noticed I had wiped down my car, the door jams and all. They said we can do that! Poor employee training and lack of service.

Sign says it opens at 8:00 am. They actually didn't get setup and start working until 8:15 and by this time water from car wash had already started to dry. Quality of exterior and interior cleaning was just ok. My other gripe is that the 4th car (BMW) that shows up gets two guys working on it while the first 3 only have one. AND of course the BMW was finished before mine.
