I applied to The Block on Leon under the specific understanding that I was applying for a "girls only" unit, that was the basis on which I chose to apply and pay the application/administrative fee. After I paid, I was told this was a mistake and no such unit was actually available. I asked for a refund of the $125 fee, explaining that I only applied because of this misrepresentation and would not have otherwise. Poorly managed and poor communication.
Don't use Providence in tampa. They have mold in there apartments. Mine has been tested . Three times and the same results mold. They continue to let people live here. If yoyr a resident here. Please go find attorney ASAP. Stop company's like this from just taking and putting people's well being at risk.
Complete garbage roach infested apartment with a mattress that will have bed bugs. elevator didnt work. Staff didn't show concern steer clear from this place. 2 months out of my lease and they hit me for a bill ? For what ? I'll update this review of my bed bug bites and the roach infested unit I was in
