My daughter moved into Callaway House Austin early this year so that she could participate in sorority rush. She is in a 4x4 unit which means she has her own bathroom and bedroom. When we arrived her sink was actively leaking underneath, and it appears it had been like this for some time as the vanity cabinet was warped. I applied to The Block on Leon under the specific understanding that I was applying for a "girls only" unit, that was the basis on which I chose to apply and pay the application/administrative fee. After I paid, I was told this was a mistake and no such unit was actually available. I asked for a refund of the $125 fee, explaining that I only applied because of this misrepresentation and would not have otherwise. Poorly managed and poor communication.
Don't use Providence in tampa. They have mold in there apartments. Mine has been tested . Three times and the same results mold. They continue to let people live here. If yoyr a resident here. Please go find attorney ASAP. Stop company's like this from just taking and putting people's well being at risk.
