Complete garbage roach infested apartment with a mattress that will have bed bugs. elevator didnt work. Staff didn't show concern steer clear from this place. 2 months out of my lease and they hit me for a bill ? For what ? I wish I could give this place 0 stars. There are only 2 dull lightbulbs in the kitchen. There are no light fixtures in the bedrooms and living room. They showed me a renovated room and gave me an unrenovated room. Rent is $1000 a month with 2 roommates. The counter tops are wood and they are chipping. This company is cheap. How did they sell it for $13,000,000,000 to Blackstone funds? The bathroom has NO drawers. Where am I supposed to put my makeup and skincare?? PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HEREEEEE, EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE IS USELESS, they respond to reviews telling you to call them and then they point you to another dead end. Crest at Pearl building is falling apart and those elevators suck, if you value your safety and sanity do not live here, what you save in money you lose in time and sanity, its not worth it trustttt
