Jeff is fantastic. He knows the products, offers great insight, and just generally seemed to enjoy his work. His prices were fair and he installed my shades as soon as he received them. He put in a replacement order as soon as he noticed a defect and installed the replacement promptly as well. It was a pleasure to do business with him.
Jeff does not stand behind his product. He installed blinds over my sliding glass doors and they were beautiful. He was out to my home twice since the blinds appeared uneven. He fixed them and they looked fine. Now one of the blinds has pulled away from the wall and is ready to fall down. These blinds last 3 years. I paid a substantial amount.
Jeff was great to work with. He understood our preferences, explained the choices in cellular blinds. The installation was perfect. After two dead ends (no call backs, no shows for appointments) with the Big Box stores Jeff was a welcome change. Highly recommend.
