I placed an order by phone for one set of drapes. I was told if I chose a non-special order fabric the drapes would be ready in 8 weeks. ELEVEN WEEKS LATER, after numerous calls and emails to customer service representatives and the owner, Mr. Paul C. Russo, they refused to give me a date when the drapes would be ready. Only after I told them I would file a small claims lawsuit in Superior Court in Alameda County for breach of contract did they finish and ship the order. The product was good.
