Run the other way! I am a partner of a 30 unit building that has done business with them for 30+ years and as of today the phone is disconnected! I placed order in February that I called and called about to only get lame excuses and no call backs. Glad they are closed as they showed NO RESPECT for longtime clients! Good ridence to them.....
I work for Dean Real Estate Services, we ordered 8 blinds and 1 vertical blind in January 2017 Invoice: X7320. They did not get the order ready until the end of March. We had to cancel the 8 blinds and we only took the vertical blind because we needed it. Nobody called to apologize, there was no update on the order. They have lost our business and we are a Property Management Company. Poor management. I am making this comment here because the public needs to know about your very bad service.
This is a scam website. They have taken my money, have not sent any drapes and have refused to refund my money. At first they said they would refund it but the supervisor is not the office and then another similar excuse and now they have refused to answer their phones or respond to my emails. It is a huge scam and I have no choice but to go through my bank to get back my refund. Beware!!!
Apparently something has changed with this company. I ordered drapes in June, waited the 6 weeks they said the drapes would be ready and finally had to cancel the order because they never had the fabric I wanted in stock and did not have an eta for when they would get it in. I was told I would get my refund in two weeks and it has been over three weeks and I have not seen my refund nor has anyone answered messages I left on their phone. I placed an order by phone for one set of drapes. I was told if I chose a non-special order fabric the drapes would be ready in 8 weeks. ELEVEN WEEKS LATER, after numerous calls and emails to customer service representatives and the owner, Mr. Paul C. Russo, they refused to give me a date when the drapes would be ready. Only after I told them I would file a small claims lawsuit in Superior Court in Alameda County for breach of contract did they finish and ship the order. The product was good.
