Communication is terrible and many broken promises. They installed my Christmas lights last year and I paid the bill. I called them for two months this year to try to get an estimate on my new home and I wanted my lights I paid for. They promised me several times someone was coming out to take care of me and no one ever showed. Finally...today they call me and tell me I owe $600 for work they “forgot” to bill me for last year. I hired a new company and bought new lights. I won’t get screwed again.
