This company is honestly HORRIBLE. I have been trying to get some ***** testing completed for over two months and they have to sign off on the approval for my insurance to cover it. The company keeps giving me the run around stating that the DR has not sent them the needed sheet to sign off on but he has received multiple fax confirmations showing they received it.
