Our "Genuine Wood-Smoked BBQ" is prepared in the true Southern Tradition, along with hospitality that'll make you feel this restaurant is your "home away from home." First we dry rub our premium meats with our own mix of spices and seasonings, then we slow smoke them for 5 - 16 hours in our wood smokers right on the premises. So delicious! We had them cater dinner for our conference and the whole experience was fantastic. Very professional, food was packed perfectly so nothing leaked, and everything tasted amazing. The attendees really enjoyed the meal, and I really enjoyed working with American BBQ! Can't recommend them highly enough!!

First time there. I had the memphis ribs and beef brisket combo. The ribs were so tender that they dissolved in your mouth, and the flavor was outstanding. The brisket was perfectly cooked as well. I had the baked beans and cole slaw as sides, and it came with warm corn bread, and all were superb. Very casual inside, you order at the window and they call your number when your order is ready.
