Our "Genuine Wood-Smoked BBQ" is prepared in the true Southern Tradition, along with hospitality that'll make you feel this restaurant is your "home away from home." First we dry rub our premium meats with our own mix of spices and seasonings, then we slow smoke them for 5 - 16 hours in our wood smokers right on the premises. Just left there got a brisket sandwich Hands down the best brisket around Homemade potato salad can’t be beat They know BBQ and it shows.

Just had The American BBQ cater my daughters grad party in our back yard on 6/15/19. I can’t say enough about the quality of everything involved, from customer service, to amazing food, to the awesome and friendly staff and their in-site service. Our guests went up for seconds and thirds at the buffet and are still raving about the amazing food!! Thank you Michele and the rest of the crew at The American BBQ, we will DEFINITELY be using you again and will recommend you to anyone!!!

Fantastic food and staff! American BBQ catered my husband's surprise 60th birthday in our backyard. The crowd all raved about the brisket, ribs and cornbread. Set up by the staff was excellent. Highly recommend!

LOVE! Prime Rib (Every) Thursday. Delicious with two sides. A nice family atmosphere, no fancy-ness, equals kid friendly. Self seating, Self order and Self serve. While you are waiting for your meal, you can get popcorn and play some friendly game of trivia, in a unique rustic type of setting.
I had the 1/2 rack of ribs with sweet potato mash and cole slaw. I LOVE the ribs here! They are tender and amazingly the basic ribs are NOT spicy when you get them. You can choose from 4-6 different bbq sauces with varying heat and add what you like... but the basic ribs are perfect. I can add the "no heat" sauces (love the apple cider and mild bbq sauces).
