Where can I even begin. October of 2017 I purchased my beautiful 2009 Subaru Impreza wrx, choosing to purchase even though the car was listed at premium package with navigation and sunroof, and upon arrival we discovered the vehicle was base model with nothing as advertised by American automotive.
